WILMOT WOODS:


Located South of Evergreen Lake,  Wilmot Woods location is near the lake, area schools, and the recreation center.  Three Sisters' open space park is a short distance from Wilmot Woods.   Homes in this area are older and many are undergoing extensive renovation. 

FOREST HILLS:


Located South of Evergreen Lake, Forest Hills is an area where some homes capture beautiful lake views and others have a glimpse of Mt. Evans' snowcapped views.  There is a mix of new and old homes in this area.  There is also a mix in home values.

 

EVERGREEN PARK ESTATES:
